Annual study tour to the Toba Aquarium and Serena
SDCC organizes a study tour to the Toba aquarium once a year. We learn about the dugong during the tour. We get to see the seagrass they eat and learn how the aquarium has grown the dugong with the historical contexts. Serena is a dugong at Toba aquarium. She lives there with her turtle friend, Kamekichi.
Okinawa and our actions there
Many of SDCC members are not from Okinawa so we go to Okinawa at least once a year to see the situations and make actions.
